Cancellation & Refund Policy

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation till 28th February, 2025 - 50% Refund.
Cancellation from 1st March, 2025 Onwards - No Refund.
All refunds will be made after the Conference

Cancellation must be notified to the secretariat in writing by email to amritafetalconclave@gmail.com. The Secretariat reserves the rights of approving the cancellations and the refund amount.
All refunds will be processed post 15 working days from the conference ending date.
